please dont rep if you havent confirmed it. Especially if you yourself do not play wow. You dont do anything to help the player's rep. You give them false rep which ruins the whole logic of repping someone for hard work. That is usually frowned upon.

Just a speculation, but it could work a lot like the "Bunny on a Dragon" trick we did with our flying mounts.

He would cast his mount and I would immediately cast my branch, as soon as he would summon his mount, I would turn him into a rabbit. So, he was a bunny on a dragon.

BUT, even though everyone saw him as a rabbit, after a couple minutes of flying around it automatically transformed him back.

Client side, since all transformations like the bunny ears/wand buff cause no permament changes. Learned this as a druid over years, any of those buffs are gone when you shapeshift, which essentially loads a different model and resets your bipedal form upon shifting back because it loads the model from the actual games files. This doesn't persist through shapeshift, tried it, but I can't confirm that it persists through logouts/logins. Any time you changed your model though, such as shapeshifting or using another costume, the ears would be lost.
