Alright this is not exactly about gear but it should be put in the same category. And since I'm not allowed to do new posts yet I guess I can share it through this thread.

I found this "exploit" today when buying new cooking recipes for my toon.
I bought the wrong recipe by mistake and when I sold it again I gained +3 cooking tokens again, And those was added to my achievements.
This makes it possible to get ALL the Cooking token achievements in just one day.

(I had a screenshot of my achievements also but I couldn't post them since I had to have 3 or more reputation)

I would call it an exploit as they sure did not intend this to be used for buying the "wrong" gear on purpose and use it for the full two hours.. When those two hours are expired, you could just go return the item and buy the same one right away to refresh the 2 hour duration.. This is like a permanent item only with some downsides.. You are pretty much ****ed though if the server goes down for any reason like a hotfix or crash, so you may suddenly be stuck with the item and explaining to a GM why you bought the same thing over and over again for say 10 times can be hard..

Well you could enchant them if you are more weathly in gold than badges. Other than that though they would be wasted.

You could gem them with the green wotlk gems as well, they are like 1g a piece.

Its not an exploit but its just an extended limitation of a new feature :P

I'd say this is an exploit, I doubt they meant the refund for purposes other than "Oh crap I bought the wrong ones".
