1 Shot Hardonox (HC Azjul-Nerub)

I found out that you could one shot Hardonox. The 2nd spider boss in Heroic Azjul-Nerub. We were doing the usual rounds, when we ran into Hardonox, but we didnt wait for him, we ran straight for him and our warrior threw his throwing axe and it one shotted him. I dont know if this is a bug, but its very nice.

These are the exact details on what I was doing:

Horde, Heroic Azjul Nerub. Second boss Hardonox, kill him right when he comes out when all the little spiders came out to battle him.
You don't wait, just rush in and do some form of attack. And I think that will get rid of him in one hit.
I don't know if this was a one in a time thing, but hey, test it out, and lemme see your results.

I did this once. The trick is to watch the boss' health and then charge when it gets low from the adds, pop whatever quick cooldowns you have and expect to die yourself.

doesnt work he will get healed for some reason dno why. did this with a grp and had a tougher time then just taking the adds.

easiest way to do him is get a rogue/mage/hunter who can get out of combat then pull the adds get out of combat the adds will despawn and just run to the boss and nuke him

sounds like he might have Despawned....

The current tactic for the achivement for him is to have someone who can drop agro (mage rogue hunter etc) pull the first pull in the room and drop agro. Causing all the adds and boss to desapwn for about 20 seconds. The group runs to the bottom of the room, boss spawns, kill boss before adds run down to you. Jump down after looting, or kill adds. Perhaps it was something similar to that

btw it was the tank trinket from azjol which was bugged and gives you realy realy rarely a 5000% dmg buff, i think its fixed now, but blizzard had realy hard problems to fix it

Was fixed from blizz by introducing the heal he gets.
