Getting Wintergrasp Marks as a low level

Kinda useless, but anyway.

So basically, what you do is:

1. Ask some1 to do you a portal to dalaran.
2. Get to Wintergrasp via portal, make sure you are in raid group so you get kills and higher rank (so you get 3 marks intead of 1)
3. /Afk somewhere safe, at the graveyard for example under the Spiritual Immunity buff.
4. Wait 'till you win or lose the battle, get marks, enjoy?

Lots of ppl doing this on my realm.. i Can't quite understand why though. Maybe you could make some bucks out of this by disenchanting the WG mark pvp loot or so.. Other than that i find this "exploit" kinda useless tbh

Yea that and guess what.... with patch 3.1 this is no longer working...

As noone under lvl 70 will be able to use the Dalaran Portals to enter Wintergrasp.

Isn't this also like common sense? Why wouldn't you be able to go to wintergrasp as low level? There is no exploit in this..

low lvl'e prolly want the marks coz u can trade em in for a tokens that converts into some nice honor !

You cannot disenchant Pvp Items.

They already fixed this in a hotfix, about 2-3 weeks ago.

This is an exploit?! :O Then I have one too! ..Did you know that when you complete a quest at level 80 you get gold instead of EXP? Meaning that you can get alot of gold by doing many quests, Yeah I know this should be in elite section rite?

The main reason people do this (and I do this as well every 10 levels), is because in about 2 WG you have enough honor for consumables, and if you just a few BG's, enough tokens as well for a new set of PvP gear for leveling. Sure, it's definatley not as efficient as just questing, but it gives a nice break from the mindless timesink that is leveling. Also, you have a nice jump start on either WG marks for PvP gear once you hit 80, or the BoA honor token which never hurts for your main.

But, all of this is common sense. Failpost.

yip tried it some weeks ago with my lvl 11 twink but couldnt enter the portal to wintergrasp
