Someone mentioned this on another forum i go to. Apparently there is a bug with the Lesser and Greater Rune of Warding. Some people have had the buff last well past the 1 hour duration.

Works, after logging out and back in while you have the rune active the timer is gone but you still will have the damage absorbed every 2 mins.

i put this on the day before patch logged out and when i logged in after patch the buff was gone. but every second min i get the buff again ^^

I can confirm that this works, slapped one on for my warrior a few days ago, then my group wiped. When I zoned back in, I found that the buff no longer showed up, but I got the absorb buff every 2 minutes ever since, even through logout

Except that it's been posted a few times on the blizz forums, and will probably be patched soon >.<
