I've known about this for quite a while and I'm fairly surprised a lot of people didn't think about this, either. Generally when I mount up, I take off while I'm still casting and get ahead of everyone else, or in this case, when I use my /stopcasting /cast Frostbolt macro

I don't have a MOD for it, so I guess that's a little bit nicer.

nothing wrong with what I was doing and that it seems to simply use Blizzard game mechanics to the best of my advantage.

To all people that cannot get the addon workin, i found a nice UI that has all the core's you need for it, its called blindcast UI. Has lots of addons aswell including Quarts,

Ya I got this to work but then after I logged a second time the zone where you can cancel and shoot again is gone and the latency number you get is on the beggining of the bar, any idea's? I didn't mess with anything till after it happened.
