arena matchmaking rating after patch

ok so first off, this is just an idea thats popped into my head after reading a blue post just now,,

so it made me think if it would be possible for a great geared team to pop on full grey's b4 joining the que and switching to teh good gearz after they join, the reason being u would get scrub players every match and breeze through. i dont know much bout the matchmaking system except that it part goes on gear, im just an idea man so if someone with a better knowledge of this cud add it would be much appreciated...

The Matchmakingrating has NOTHING to do with your gear!

Itsn simply a rating like personal and team, but is only used to match you against a team of you strengt.

You fail, it acctualy does. Some wierd caclulation thought but it does

At the moment the gear isn´t important in the Matchmaking system, at Season 6 some crap get added.
