PTR bug Decimation Warlocks

Just a minor bug that works on the current build of PTR 9722

Seems like the Proc of Decimation - Spell - World of Warcraft happens no matter what hp pool the enemy has.

So every time a ShadowBolt or Incinerate hits the Decimation procs, making DemonLocks very fun to play Great for nuking as Soulfire crits for 15k+ with Moltoncore and Meta or Moltoncore and Emberstorm.

please DO NOT post thing you find out on the PTR, blizz do check these site and anything that we post will be hotfixed when the patch goes live. Its a good find tho.
