Dude, it is NOT working on anything 75+, which is what matters. So, either you are just flat-out lieing, or didn't test it on anything that would matter.

Did you actually try? Yesterday it worked, but as of today, i can't get it to procc anymore.

ok, it is still working on lvl 55 dummy, just not anything above 75. I was just using this yesterday in duels, guess they hotfix it against anyone over 70
