Silly JC Quest Bug - Naxx Geists

The Marauding Geists in Naxxramas between Gluth and Thaddius have a small chance to drop the Scourge Curio item for the jewelcrafting daily quest. I can't imagine that this is intended since the entire instance is undead, and those are the only mobs that drop it in all of Naxxramas.

Myself and two guildmates have looted the Curio off these geists when on the appropriate daily quest. No pics because, frankly, its a rather silly and lame bug and not worth the effort. But hey, it might save someone time who's going to be running Naxx that day and happens to have the scourge curio JC daily.

maybe working as intended... maybe not.
but i've gotten my piece, Scourge Curio, from naxx raids before, never noticed if it works in 25man but it does work in 10man raids.
got it in the spider wing before on more than 1 occasion.
so could be off any scourge in there while in a raid.
there isnt a raid that i'm aware of where you can test the other JC dailies other than Vault with the revenants trash at the start.

Mmm when I'm in a raid group, those quest items never drop... not even where they suppose to drop

Working as intended....sort of. These have dropped from the geists forever but the fact that they do in a raid is the only "bug" part about it.

What Deldrice said. It's just that it drops in a raid, not just off those specific mobs.

the Scourge Curio drops from any scourge in northern at really low %, only drop at high % when u have the daily quest, anyways u can't do too much with those items cause you need to be on that quest to turn it in.

TVirus... you're SO wrong... they ONLY dropp when u go the JC daily.

Yes, working as intended a lot of the mobs do drop the quest items required for Jewelcrafting dailies.

I got it from one of the giant stitched guys in naxx. (the guys in grobbulus's room)
