You can get the tabard and title at level 14.. If you start at level 1.

Well, I don't think that you will get discovered stuff with this, since like he said, you are dead client side, and achievements are serverside.

Jesus, 19 explorer isnt that amazing. I have it on mine. All you have to do is have loyal friends who will stick out.

Simple, to level gathering professions which have no level cap to learn and provide passive/active benefits. a level 19 twink with 375 herbalism would have access to a Heal-over-time spell that heals for 2000 life, a miner an extra 500hp

You CANT level past the old levels anymore, and if you DID they are scaling all the passives to the right level. And, the 2k hot is 450 herbalism.

It currently does not scale, and you get the full effects of the buff.
On the 3.1 PTR, it still does not scale, and you receive no effect from the buff until you reach the appropriate level.

Yes, this works. I know a bunch of people who has did it and I helped them out a bit.
