[Easy Boss+Achievemnt] Azjol-Nerub 2nd Boss

I have looked all around and I didnt find this so this should be pretty epic.

(This can be done on both Normal and Heroic, you dont get the achievement for doing it on normal though)

Achievement:


What you need:
-Mage
-Good DPS


How it works:
After you kill the first boss, you should walk down a ramp to a platform, surrounded you should be alot of webs, the platform is the only rock and its circular. Further down the hill there are mobs, and below the web is the boss. What you do is you have the Mage attack the mobs (while everyone else stays on the Platform [IT IS IMPORTANT EVERYONE ELSE STAYS ON PLATFORM]) Then when they start coming towards the mage, have the mage hit invisibilty, and the mobs will disappeaer. At this point RUSH as fast as you can down like you are going to the 3rd boss, and there you will see the second boss. Kill him as fast as you can, or else the mobs will come (you can kill him and still get the achievement while they are there, but they heal him so...)

Vanish does work and so does the trashing crashing racer.

Repost and also fixed. It resets boss now when you do it. So unless you have a total of 20k dps, you wont down him before adds make it.

False. I completed it 2 days ago using this. Check my armory. Zerfallen on Drak'Tharon US.

I agree with Zerfallen, you don't need 20k DPS to do it before mobs spawn.

And also I decided to write down a few good tips if you have a hunter doing this using Feign Death;

1. Hunter puts pet on Passive and shoots the target.
2. As the target moves toward the hunter, just feign death.
3. The mobs will despawn and as they despawn hunter put on Aspect of the Pack and starts running, wait if someone doesn't get the pack buff.
4. Hunter stand at the entrance of Hardonox room and layout a Frost Trap right as Hardonox spawns to delay the time for the adds to reach him even more.

Additional info is that with both mage and hunter this is very easy, hunter goes Frost Trap, and as it starts to wear of the mage can do frost nova and even a 1k dps team will down hardonox this way

just pull from platform - let someone die or someone with aggro dump;
res them if needed;
charge all way down to the pit - and blitz

You don't need a hunter or mage or any other special class. All you need is the Crashin' Thrashin Racer (spelling may be wrong) from the Winter Viel Achievements. Have everyone on the bridge and one member use their racer and drive it down the the mobs. The mobs kill it then go away, rush down to the boss and burn.
