Get millions of felhound pets

Okay this is a repost.... dont flame me, as the other one didnt have pics, or links

From this quest :
Quest: Azsharite - Thottbot: World of Warcraft
you get an item called a "Felhound Tracker kit"
this allows you to summon 5 felhound pets at once.

here is the fun part.
1) accept quest
2) use item
3) abandon quest
4) repeat
5) when you think you have enough.... lets say bout 50000000 :P use your hearth

"It would also be worthless to keep as a pet even if you could keep it longer and use it outside of Azshara, all it does is sniff out the crystals"

I went to the guy and he is not giving any quests. I know for a fact I did not do it when I was leveling to 80. Is there a quest before this one to talk to him?

They would probably despawn as soon as you zone :/
