Halaa token bug (for mounts)

As an holy priest i did it like this 2 weeks ago:

i left all the gear in bank so i dont get dmg it with deaths and res sick. Then i moved to halaa GY since Halaa was ours. Used my flying mount and what i did was flying high, remove mount, died and removed spirit of redemption buff, got token, spoke to GY spirit and mounted again.

Did this 170 times in a bit more than 30 mins. The powder crystals is what it takes more, alot more time. Happy hunting

Use a Crystal of Zin-Malor, it also works. Also everyone in your party gets credit for you killing yourself, so if you and some of your friends put all your gear in your bank, fly out to halaa, have your whole party on the ledge where you release to, equip your Crystal of Zin-Malors and chain spirit res, you can get 100+ tokens every 3 minutes or so. Easy stuff, and definitely still working

I used the trinket from Plaguelands Crystal of Zin-Malor - Item - World of Warcraft and equip it before starting the process until it had a goo 400+ dmg going. Don't start script until you're dead, that's the starting point.

Apparently that item isn't going to work in 3.1 like it does currently. They sure pick the weirdest way to nerf things, go figure.

This is still working as of this post (wow is running in background farming MASSIVE tokens..)

THE REASON IT'S NOT WORKING FOR SOME OF YOU IS BECAUSE OF THIS 1 KEY REASON:

Your friend must be within 9 levels of your level to receive the token.
If you are level 80, lowest level you can receive tokens from is 71.

We have 5 locks and 2 paladins and 3 holy priests and 1 DK.

5 Locks are Lifetap and Hellfire until dead.
2 Pallys are DI and rezzing the warlocks and priests.
3 Priests are flying up, falling, dying, and clicking off "spirit of redemption"
1 DK is dying to a guard on purpose, then ghoul exploding.

300 tokens in less than 2 hours. GG
