Makeshift authenticator

This is a super easy way to avoid keyloggers
1. Change your password to something really difficult like 81M3a34am1
2. Copy and paste that password into a text file.... NEVER DELETE IT
3.Set your account name to show up automatically, and for the password, go into your text file, copy it, and paste it into the P/W box (use ctrl c and ctrl v for copy/paste)

This way if u get keylogged, all they will see is ctrl c and ctrl v instead of your password.

There u go, no more people stealing your P/W, I didnt know where to put this, but I guess its an exploit because your doing something just as good as a paid blizz product (I think)

Or if the programmer of the keylogger is smart, he adds a combo that when CTRL + C is pressed, it logs the clipboard.

Or if they are having a trojan there aswell reading your files.

not an exploit, good keyloggers read the clipboard, bad ones you can get rid of easily with a scan.

Well when i had Lovefly (Keyloggarz Q_Q) I didnt download any antivirus...
I simply did a PW recovery (You never know if they Keylog your account management)
Got the mail, and everytime i wanted to log onto WoW i simply opened my mail. Found that mail, the Pw was something like this: ABWG241SG2GAX (Can't remember exactly, weird, huh?) And this way I never ever had to download/update my antivirus After about 5 months Norton popped up telling me that i had Lovefly/Smart (Adobe Security leak)

pay the $6 for the damn authenticator if your that concerned about it... if you are the OO it really doesnt matter anyway because the account can easily be recalled/restored

say your password is: mmowned123

1. type the start of the password + random sh*t.. mmopewpewleethax

2. highlight the random sh*t.. (pewpewleethax)

3. press backspace so all thats left in the box is the start of the Pword.. mmo

4. type the next part of your password + random sh*t.. wneqqnublolcakes

5. highlight random sh*t.. (qqnublolcakes)

6. backspace...

7. continue till your password is typed

8. ....

9. profit

i have about 200 people keylogged atm... and i can tell you this...

if a keylogger doesn't log clipboard, it fails.

yeah, the authenticator is cheap as. this shouldnt be in exploits, it could maybe belong in guides but even then the only usefull part is the comments. if you are paying for wow you can easily afford an authenticator
