Shoot 10 people with a silver arrow.

The arrow has a 1.5 second cast time however if you shoot the arrow and then cancel before it finishes casting, the target gets the pet and you get your achievement.

Try a macro that says
/use [INSERT NAME OF ARROWTHINGY]
/stopcasting

Worked in the start of tbc, also caused no charges to be spent when using the macro. Not sure if it works now though.
