Raise yer Enchanting with 2 chants??

yes in easier sense yes you all make sense there are many diffrent way to describe this but 2 things one i dont know how this can be blood elfs only yes i was a blood elf at the time but makes no sense because the racial blood elf has is increase enchanting by 10 which happens the first time you enchant somthing which means this has no race specifications and second this was a long process for me took a long time since i was broke and had no moneyz yes i spent most of my time doing this so in short thank you all and i really do hope you guys try this out if this makes sense :O
