that would be a very easy bot to make but as i said in a previous post this isnt something that you would go out of your way to exploit

I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure he was joking. He was just being a jerk, pretty much saying that you suggested a hypothetical, and then he exaggerated it.

@OP: I actually am really impressed with this. If you have to go on vacation, or don't feel like playing wow for a couple days, you could leave this bot, and like slashviolence said, if you could get more than one account doing this, that's a nice amount of money with a low ban chance. Good job, and have a cookie.

P.S. At all the flamers, just because it's not a lot of g/day doesn't mean that it doesn't have uses. If you don't want to run a fishing bot, or another type of bot, you could easily do this with macros, as far as I know.

I'm not exactly a macro expert, but there are definitely macros that let you pick up quests and sell to vendors, maybe drop quests too. If someone could post that, that would rock too

it couldnt be done with the wow macro system but it could be done using even the most basic of stand alone macro systems. i agree that it is good to see something that isnt a repost and it is definitely not useless but its uses are very limited. as far as ban chance goes i dont think you will ever get reported for doing this unless you actualy go around telling people what you are doing, if you are dumb enough to tell somebody, and they report you and the gm actually cares then you cant realy say it was an accident and it is very easy for them check.

Or, good find man, if you are leveling your first character or just started on a new server, then getting 430 gold in 24 hours, is pretty awesome.

Say you are going away somewhere, movie-night with friends, cute trip with girlfriend, what ever, you are gone for a day or two, then, (the quest seemed to be acceptable at level 30), 800 gold on a level 30 character, from doing NOTHING AT ALL, smells pretty awesome to me.

Sure you can do other stuff, IF you are playing. But if you are 100% AFK, then getting 430 gold a day beats getting 0 gold a day. AT LEVEL 30!

Great find! However, I would suggest against botting this since "Quests abandoned" is a statistic which is tracked on your character sheet. I'd imagine 4000+ quests dropped in one day will look pretty suspicious.

nice addition, i didnt know dropped quests were tracked on stats. the realy need to add some more meaningfull stats instead of tracking things like "deaths to hogger"
