Possible perma-rested xp bonus with BoA shoulders

i think they raised the cap on rest cos my char had about 3.5 levels rested irrc

Nothing strange at all, you get so much exp from quests that the rested lasts almost through the whole northrend, I got from 70 with 150% rested to 78 at 0%.

there seem to be a lot of people who dont know how rested exp works. go look on the wow site and learn. if you play wow, even if you already 80, you should know how this basic aspect of the wow experience works. if you realy suspect that the came may have been changed to a value not reflected in the official texts then try it yourself with a level 1 alt. discover all the areas you will be grinding in and not exactly what % the exp bar is at. leave him to get rested exp for however long you want (atleast a couple of weeks) and then level him without using quests/discoveries/RAF
these are very easy numbers to work with making this is a very easy thing to test. this entire post is ofcourse useless becuase everyone will have forgotten this thread well before someone could complete this test but i cant get onto wow at the moment, im too sick to leave my bed and i realy dont have anything better to do than wright a large block of text that will no doubt be followed by tl;dr

I've been rested on my paladin for rly long, had 2 levels rested 28-30, then I logged out in a in for about 1 week and then it was still 2 levels left !??!?!? HAX

hey maybe an idea those boa shoulders dont they give you 10% more exp from a kill or somthing? maybe when you wear them it perm shows as rested exp?? yup they do maybe its the boa :O gl anyway

second, you can be rested in 2 levels... and if you logged off in a inn, you get full rested (almost) during the night

i agree with no theories but isnt the rested cap 1.5 levels? and doesnt it take a hell of a lot longer than 1 night to get full rested? i havnt had an exp bar in ages but i seem to remember it very differently
