The Immortal is by far much harder btw. There are currently 83 guilds in the world with it and 500+ with Of the Nightfall.

It wouldn't be a risk for a ban, it would be a definite one. Especially when your server notices a scrub tastic guild got an achievement that the best guild have been trying to do for weeks. They're going to call you on it and you'll be stripped of more than your title once they flag a GM over it.
