[Naxxramas] Stoneskin Gargoyle Kill Easier

I was running 10 man Naxx with my guild last night when i tank who was a warrior used Shield Slam right after the Stoneskin Gargoyle finished Casting Stoneskin (Stoneskin - Spell - World of Warcraft) and It stopped healing the Gargoyle and allowed for a fast kill

If this works it is an exploit. Shield Slam should not be removing a Physical heal.

yea just to clarify it isn't disrupting the heal cast but after the effect is applied and this works only about half the time but it might depend on timing in mot sure because i was not the tank

this IS definitely useful for lesser guilds who are having trouble with their dps, or when taking on multiple gargoyles at once. I must incline however, that no one should be having trouble with these. ALTHOUGH, some do, so good find m8

The heal is a buff that heals over time and makes him immune to damage. Shield slam will sometime dispell the buff.

Sure, but when someone ninja pulls a third gargoyle, it could get messy, especially when PUGGING and the noob pug group doesnt mark any of the gargoyles....................

How is this an exploit if shield slam is supposed to dispel magic buffs ?

Because I don't think that it's a magical buff. If what the UnoriginalGuy22 said is true it's a physical buff.
