Heigan - even easier mode.

Hey, I searched Heigan and found a similar post but this way is different and much easier, it allows you to get a garunteed "safety dance" acheivement on either 10 or 25 man and the only person that needs to dance is the tank.

There is a small ledge on the left hand side as you enter Heigan's room at the top of the dirt pile, you need to stack the raid up on there. (NOTE: If your melee are competant enough, have them do the dance, but for a garunteed achievement just have them stand uselessly with the casters on the ledge.)

The tank can then tank Heigan on his platform ensuring that he is in range of healers and the boss is in range of dps, this is easiest if the tank stands on the small slope leading up to the platform with the boss on the flat part, this way he will not need to move the boss in phase one.

Phase two involves the tank and any melee you deem competant enough doing the dance while the casters continue to dps the boss as he should still be in range while in the centre of his platform. Rinse and repeat.

Note: If you fall off the ledge it is impossible to get back on unless you are a warlock with a teleport there, this is because you need to run along the wall and the door prevents this when it closes. So be careful since falling off halfway through the fight will almost certainly kill you,

Very nice, but what's the fun with doing Heigan if you don't do it the right way?^^
Though you can maybe easier get [Safety Dance] Achievement?

Repped ya, this seems as a nice exploit yes, I want the achievement and this make Heigan really easy mode yes, too bad for melee DPS, but then again in Phase 2 if your tank dies then he is just screwed up hehe.

There is a much easier spot to stand on the opposite side of the room, everyone bunches into the corner, in such a spot that the tank tanks him on the platform and melee do not have to dance.

nooo the funnness of heigan was doing the dance while i had "saftey dance" blaring in2 the vent xD we didnt get the achivment cuz we lost our guilds rogue had 2 pug 1 and the noob couldt speak english far as i cud tell ="(

i find the easiest way is to go into the wall corner NE of where heigan is
you can attack the whole fight

I like to stand in the corners (left or right) because with 300 ms it will not work doing the safety dance achievement, especially when I can't learn the rythm since it changes all the time with my latency...

well there are guys with "movement skills" (lol wouldn't even call it movement skills ... let's say: guys with eyes) and there are guys like jacko666 and his imba guild
