Dual wield with rune of cinderglacier, and you can just wreck healers in arena.

This has been hotfixed or something. I have two, and a few hours ago, they proc'd in PvE and PvP at 80. Now, I can't get them to proc on ANYTHING.......

hotfixd.. not proccing for me on 80s anymore, if i hit the 55 dummy, i still get chain-proccs though.

Did you actually try? Yesterday it worked, but as of today, i can't get it to procc anymore.
