Hurricane working on bosses is not an exploit. Ask any top guild that was clearing Sunwell pre-nerf. Working as intended. Also, of if your tank is getting gibbed before the 50k breaths start, your tank is terrible.

I'm not knocking your effort here, but this belongs in guides.

I have killed up to M'uru pre-nerf and we never used Hurricane. -50% damage is hardly intended, that would go against the very principles of Blizzard trying to make certain raidsetups less required to progress in content.

You are basicly sacrificing one player to keep the debuff up and its not going to help really

It's also common sense, just like Doomguard's "Cripple" which is doing just the same.
