No "casts".

This weapon has hidden damage, around 100+ to be exact
Ex:
7-173 damage on a level 1 pally I made.
Anyways.
This drops for a 73 elete with 125k hp and takes only a dk and a healer to take down, has around 40% drop rate, yes it is the best twink weapon you can get.
