Testing on a OS10 3 drake, I realize 10 man will be harder to accomplish than 25 but we're going for it.

Don't bother - The buff only lasts for about 20 sec. If the mage does not take damage, he will not get any +spellpower, if he does, the buff will go down quick, as a raidboss hitting a mage usually results in 80k crits. You wouldn't be able to do nearly enough damage, by the time the mage would phade, take the summon, load up, and agro, the buff would be gone.

Spell duration is 1 minute, planning on using summon timer to have 1 mage enter and another immediately following. Both using an instant cast invis. If you're basically saying you can't put out a reasonable amount of dps and the buff lasts 20 seconds then what good would it be for anything?

Its good, if you can keep a tank on the cavalier, and just have the mage spellsteal it whenever its up, 1 mil damage on a cloth mage is gone really fast when hit by a boss.

All the healers have to heal is that 1 tank that's barely taking any damage because its a trash pull. This is only good if you can bring the Cavalier around with you to respellsteal every time its up.

Do the cav's leash and not reset?

They only reset if you go out of the wing, you can bring them to any of the 3 bosses in that wing. There is quite a few of them between the bosses though, so dragging the first one all the way to 4 horse men is pointless. Just grab one on the last trash pull, Pull the boss, have the mage do the magic, loot boss, kill the add, and move on to the next boss.

Alternatively you can just keep a tank on it and have the mage blow through the trash.

Seeing that they will buff raid arcane mages, this will definitly be fixed..
