DK Strangulate Bugged

Hey!

It seems that the Death Knight ability: Strangulate (Strangulates an enemy, silencing them for 5 seconds) is currently bugged. How so?

Players that have "reduce silence duration" items, talents, buffs or spells are in fact receiving an increased duration from Strangulate instead of a reduction.

What that means is: Lets say you have a 30% silence reduction talent like shaman's Focus Mind (Focused Mind - Spell - World of Warcraft). If you strangulate the shaman you will in fact be silencing them for 6.5 seconds instead of the intended 3.5 seconds!

5 second silence * 30% reduction (actually increase) = 1.5 seconds of extra silence when strangulate is used.

If your a class who has one of these talents and find yourself getting stomped by DK's in arena, you may want to spec out of it. And if your a DeathKnight, don't forget when you strangulate you get extra silence time on certain targets so watch for it and use it to your advantage!

I have no evidence of this working on Live, I think there'd be a biggger uproar if it was, given the Arena has been going for a few weeks now.
