On the quest "Convicotion at zel'heb", you are required to summon a troll elite and defeat it.
Cause yourself to have a stupidly bad latency, and encounter him
During the part where he stuns you and creates an immunity shield, if all goes well he will bug out and remain like that.
Free weapon lvls!

How will a picture prove ANYTHING? It won't show the shield permanently up, it won't show him repeatedly gaining weapon skill, it won't show him bugged out. It proves absolutely nothing, and if he was out to trick us into giving him rep, faking a screenshot is an effortless task. -rep to all of you someday.
