i have only tried this in nexus so far

okay, get a group for nexus
or 5 box a group
w.e u wanna do

and once everyone is inside, convert to raid group
you can still do ur quests and everything
but when u get kills, i guess programmer forgot to drop a zero somewhere
cuz i got 5.7k per kill exp unrested

I'm willing to bet that the OP was referring to the way the first 80 got banned.

They would go into an instance and have the person being powerleveled drop group and tag the mobs. The rest of the party would assist on the kill and invite the player back before the 1 minute timer expired and he got ported out.

I recall seeing some fairly hefty amounts of exp this way, but I don't think that it was up at 5-6k per kill though.

First off, unless marked as (Raid), quests cannot be completed in a raid group.

Second, the way the first level 79 got rolled back to 70 before 80 was from mob tagging. Go into an instance, leave the group, tag mobs, group kills mobs, rejoin group. You get XP as if you solo'd the mobs.


As far as the whole nexus / raid thing, I did not test it so I don't know. I'd like to see a screenshot or something to verify it works before I take 20 minutes out of my farming to not yield results.
