Blizzard can ban for ANYTHING people, they own the rights to your account as explained in the freaking EULA.
Losing one account = 15$ a month out of 11 million + people.... 11 million x 15 a month x 12 for a year -15$ is nothing and they will not lose a wink of sleep over it.

You will and can get banned, and for the server-side talk... bullshit, for example Athene used his powerleveling technique and boosted Darus to 79 in 15 Hours, and they all got suspended and resetted, how do you chew on that cake?
