My guild was offered a free server transfer from Eltrigg to Ravencrest but I was out of town working that week, came back and told blizz I had signed up for the free server transfer and came back a week later to still be on the same server. They basically replied with give us money and we'll send you over to ravencrest.

Actually KuRIoS is right, learn to get evidence before proving a Super Mod wrong. Read the Eula, it clearly states that all accounts are property of blizzard and can terminate them at any time for no apparent reason.
