No rating requirement on S3 2handers

This recent downtime somehow messed up the s3 rating requirement on 2 handers. Currently there is no required rating, you can just buy them now if you have the points. Not much of an exploit, considering blizzard messed up, but may help someone get some leveling gear if you have the points.

Probably going to get hot fixed soon, so buy quickly. :wave:

EDIT: S4 2 handers also have no rating requirement!

If a mod can change my title to s3/s4, it would be greatly appreciated.
