    This does seem to be an issue with getting the pre-3.0 and post-3.0 versions of the quest: quest:10445 and quest:13432.

    But there's still a good possibility for exploiting here. If you still have the pre-3.0 version that awarded the title, you can probably still share it for gold or something. In effect, you could sell the title.
