Something that requires you to alt+f4 is not working as intended.

it doesnt require someone to altf4, you can also invite random people around the world
another way would be to be in a raid in invite random people so they can even logout and stay in the group.
the whole thing with the talent needing people in your party is pointless

Hi Meredy ty for your insightful response. the reason you need to alt F4 is due to the inability to complete regular quests in a raid group. And i am sure that telling people to invite random people in the world is on par with waving your noob flag around.(not opposed to letting your freak flag fly though.)

As of Nov. 6 @ 9:50 cst this still works.
