good news, i got it to work w/ swiftness pots and possibly swim pots.. i'll test that next

and it does work for swim pots I love this exploit, i'm dont think fatigued will set in till the server catches up w/ you and you'll get it all at once. (happns w/ the damage you accumulate)

I've been using this for a long time now but mainly for PvE purposes.
Or when a group tries to gank me, I alt tab.. and safely run away from them. I'm basically uncatchable ;]
You can also run into any opposing faction's city with it..

I wouldn't suggest using it in BG or Arena. YOU WILL GET REPORTED, AND YOU WILL GET BANNED.
It's not worth it.
Just use it at discretion, PvE mostly.

Ok so this program practically stops your connection to bliz server... when you type in whatever .10 or whatever it makes it so its 1kb per minute or well ya sumthing like that and it makes it so the server refreshes every lets say 1 minute 50 seconds in this case so when people see you your just standing there not moving but then... you dissapear and then appear where you err... unslow it down at just trying to clears stuff up i guess :P
