how to start off early in Arathi Basin

Found this out while DCing a friend.

What you have to do is start auto walk towards the gate and when you just walk into the gate and you are still running wiht auto run, DC your self. Then log back in, you can start capping before it starts. Also you have to do this at the start. so there will be a bit more lag
