[Hunter exploit] Big Pet !!

So i was standing here outside Strath till i saw this guy and he had 1 big croc ...Barbscale Crocolisk - NPC - World of Warcraft

I searched under the name "barbscale crocolisk" couldnt find anything .. so if this is a repost ill delete it i only know about the uvoros pet

It is a bug back from when I played WoW. It's client side, and they still haven't fixed it. The name the player gave to the pet doesn't show up, instead the name of the creature it accually is shows up. For example. If I tamed a Dire bear and named it .... Phil If this bug was active, then the name would be "Dire Bear."

I've seen a ton of people running around with larger devilsaurs. Is there more than one tameable devilsaur?

Check Petopia, should have all tameable pets on it (google it)

Not only elites, I used to have the rake, which is a rare from the barrens, and people would tell me that he was larger than usual, so It could also be rare pets too.

these bugs only show up for other players, NOT the hunter themself.
My flatmate plays a hunter, and has the humar pet, We were grouped doing dailies and i noticed the cat was named Humar the Pridelord, and had the silver dragon around his portrait. I checked over on my mates comp and it wasnt the case, the cat was normal, not rare elite or Humar the Pridelord.

It's 100% a bug. Sometimes after zoning you will see hunter's pet as their normal untamed size and with there original name (this is how you can tell since most names are too long for the pet when you would try to rename it it's original name, as in "Barbscale Crocolisk" could never be a real name for a pet since it's too long). It also has nothing to do with exotic only pets since it can happen to windserpents and raptors etc.

Is client-side bug. only you can see it.
I've seen the devilsaur with original size on a hunter, but only me was seeing it large
