At the moment the enchant for 2h weapons +35 agi is enchantable on your 1h weapons.

Must be done by another enchanter to your weapon (cannot self enchant))

Step 1: Enchant item with green glow
Step 2: Use the item linking system to show +35 agility on a one-handed weapon.

He isn't a leecher and it has also been said above that it was tested and didn't work so there is no point in him trying.
