I've solved it now. Other players can see it to a certain level.

It works like this:
Say you mount up and use the macro twice at Scryer's tier. You get the flying bug and fly over to Aldor Bank. People that see you over there will see you mounting a broom, because they load you with the buff = you are riding a broom.

However. If you redo the macro once at Aldor's bank, it'll bug for the people around you as well, and they WILL see you floating in mid air!

In other words, for everyone to see you floating in mid-air you have to use the macro now and then, everytime you fly away and load new players, or every time new players come and load you.

Hope I didn't make it too much of a mess.
