Could probably be done at 80 in a bit better gear and Figurine of the Colossus. I don't know but it's possible. I tried the snake boss today just to see if it could be done, got him to about 40% before his poison spits done me in.

Panther boss is a breeze, Bat boss seems nealy impossible with no Figurine of the Colossus, spider boss, no go, Mandokir no go.

tried it on the PTR with the new warrior talents in prot, the pull before jindo destroyed me again.

well i can confirm this is indeed doable on the live, the only hard part is the pulls before him, with their debuff they hurt quite abit
