[Useless] Possible Resurrection Vulnerable (INSTANT RESS)

    Hello,

Pursuant to our members posts regarding resurrection exploits I am attaching another possible way how to resurrect yourself without the use of any items, tools or spells.

You may have to open up the windows command prompt. If you are using Unix (MAC) as your operation system you may want to open up any command shell (e.g; Batch).

The reason why you might need to open up a command prompt, is to give yourself a nice amount latency in order to let the exploit work.
    I will explain how this exploit is done and why it works;

On the moment you die your spirit is not released, it is still in your body. Upon clicking on "Release spirit" your spirit will, obviously, first release the body (THIS is exactly where we want to have a certain amount of lagg). After it released your body it will be transferred to the spirit healer.

Now comes the question to light; why do we want want to have latency upon the spirit releases the body? Because if you are having a nice amount of latency there, talking about 4/5 seconds than you can easily click on the "Resurrect now" button which will be standing there.

Very easy as you can see.

Here is the way to give yourself latency, you must do this before releasing your spirit.

    Code:
    ping -rf 127.0.0.1
After that command, you ress, click the button, stop the command.

I'll rep if this actually works, since the command is send to the server as soon as you press the Release button on your screen

I had to forgot close uTorrent once when I was playing and we did Magisters Terrace, I died and due to uTorrent I had pretty high latency and could click the ressbutton and it worked, the loading screen came up and I was alive at the graveyard at Isle of Quel'Danas and not inside the instance.
But I have also tried it before without success so for me it haven't worked all the times.

    This actually might work.

You type it into the Command Prompt. To stop it just close the command prompt.

Im way too lazy to test though. But in all fairness, hes provided us with an easier way to get lag IMO.

I dont know much about command prompt codes. But after testing myself and googling it... I dont think -rf is a valid command prompt code. Hmm.

    Windows users

flacito is obviously a *nix user.

For windows users, the command to induce latency should be:

    ping -f -t 127.0.0.1

I've had lag work for me and been able to rez at times both in battlegrounds and in the real world, but not in an instance. When I had enough lag in the instace it ported me "alive" to the nearest graveyard.
