This Is not an exploit, but clever use of game mechanics. Blizzard could have restricted the buff, but they didn't.
I have been using this alot, and made the whole thing in BG's much easier (:

Man, it is an exploit, u r not using game mechanic u are exploiting, coz i Blizz ppl didn't intend for u to use this all the time. IT IS A ONE TIME THING FOR A QUEST. And if u r using game mechanics that are not supposed to be used = exploit. Same as HS in instance...

Dude, that is so awesome. I have a 39 twink rogue and prefer not to use the sword from the quest. This is way more worth it. Thanks so much.

It's borderline exploit because I don't think blizzard intended the quest to be abandoned and regained for the buff. Just like the hearth to Theramore quest that they eventually nerfed for anyone past level 50. So it is an exploit in my opinion and either way this is helpful for 39 twinks and probably the best spot on the forum for it.

The only downside is that it doesn't persist through death. Though being a twink you die much less and having that stamina in the beginning of a battle will still help out a lot.
