Glitched in AB

Alright, this is screenshot I just took in AB on Wow Live (EU), just found this weird that an alliance could somehow not be flagged in the Battleground. May have been exploiting may have not, figured he was exploiting something so I posted here. Enjoy!

I've seen this on a private server before, it was a PvP server and the area was contested but there was a BElf that had PvP off, I just presumed that it was only private server exploits or hacks but it's amazing if it works on live

So it wasn't just me experiencing this. I was fighting a Rogue before, when something odd happened and for some reason I use special nor white attacks on it :/
