As a resto shaman, you only get 1 earthshield able to be put on someone. If you zone in to an instance with your group of targeted played you want to be earthshielded you first earthshield one, Zone out and rezone and you will be able to shield a different player without the shield being removed from you or the player previously earthshielded. This works on an infinite amount of people. Also works if they stand outside the instance and you just keep re-zoning.

You can only zone into an instance 4 times an hour.

You can RESET an instance 4 times an hour. you can rezone as many times as you want.
