Any expert WoW player should approximatively find the level of any ?? opponent just by seeing his gear and HP/MP.

Well.. No since if you can inspect them, they can't kill you since you can't inspect other faction while he/she got pvp enabled.

No you can not I'm afraid.. So this could help, although I would prefer using amory instead, but maybe someone will find this helpfull since armory rarely ever works lol.
