I had an interesting lag glitch once, think it was server side so it may be possible to recreate.

I died in the enemy flag room but for some reason ressed instantly at my corpse instead of back at the GY, I picked up the flag then the lag caught up and teleported me back to my GY.

Cool thing is I was still carrying the flag so easy cap.

There is an addon (cant remember the name atm) that has GY timers so if you can die 1sec or so till the GY res and unplug/replug your net in at the same time it might be possible to recreate.

I wasn't running fraps at the time and haven't really tried to recreate it but it might be worth checking out
