This is doable by yourself, though there's only a small chance it'll work and it's based on latency.
Go about the mangle/rip reapplication rotation as normal. With less than a second left on the mangle debuff, reapply rip and mangle again immediately. There's a chance that rip will get the damage bonus from both mangles
