Not only that, but how can you transfer the money to another character? Mailbox? AFAIK, it doesn't exist until you leave the starter area (aka, become level 5. Have a character fly there and pick the money up? They can't, only DK's can get there at Ebon Hold.

So, although I had thought of this idea as well, to create and delete a DK over and over (macroed even?), it won't work as far as I can tell.

There's a mailbox in starting zone, it's right outside a house past the stables. It's fully functional and starts a quest.

Ah, that's right. I forgot about that mailbox. Hmmm, you still have to do some of the quests (portal from the 2 levels) to get down to that, and of course, talk to Arthas himself a few times (ie, you do have to do a few quests).

So you might be able to macro it, for a little bit of loose change, just would be a lot more complex, and not sure it would be worth it. Ah well, nice idea.

Still, you guys are forgetting that having a DK requires a level 55-70.

Meaning, why the hell would you do this when you can just kill a mob for more?

If you mean you could run a program or something to continue to create and delete a DK, but keep his gear, then it's still not worth it cause if you're going to do that, just bot.

To even make a DK you need a 55+ char.

At lvl 58 almost every single mob that drops money is dropping ~15s.

Have fun blowing 10 minutes / 10 silver. Oops, i just killed a mob in 19 seconds and beat you. My bad.

Well. When I made my DK, I had experience on how all the quests work and such so I burned through the whole starting area in about 40 minutes. When I was done and ready to take off, I had over 50g. That's not a bad start.

How I would further this idea is that, since you start at 55, get to 58 in 40 minutes (Maybe faster if you don't have crap lag like me) and then head to outlands and level to 70. When I hit 70 with my DK, I had 1638g and it took me about 13 hours /played.

Not bad but not great, though you can do this over and over. Then again, you can solo Ramps/BF with a 70 DK in about 1-1.7 hours lol.

I guess it all depends on what you like doing to make money. If you like questing, make a DK, level it, delete it, and start over. If you like farming, make a DK and level it then farm like mad (Just start leveling your professions as soon as you leave ebon hold.) Or, if you're the time that likes soloing weird shit, make a DK, level it, then go nuts.

Honestly, if you, like most people with death knights have a level 70, you can get more money from doing a quest in which you talk to someone than you can making a death knight, selling all the gear, and then doing 5 quests, going down, and walking to the mailbox (without a mount)

If you have a level 55, and not a 70, then PERHAPS you could make a small profit levelling them to 58, ending up with about 25g. I know, almost nothing, but if you have a 55, that's quite a bit (at least, it was for me ;P).

I still don't really think this is a good profitable idea.
