Unlimited buff duration

Hello there !

I found this exploit accidently using xyz @ AQ40.

You need:

- xyz
- a nice limited buff


1- Go up with xyz
2- Use your buff (can be mount, rocket boots, parachute cloak)
3- Make you disconnect with xyz (just move without jumping)
4- Reconnect and enjoy :]

EDIT: You can use your mount/buff before go up.

Tested buffs:

Rockets boots
Mount
Flying mount lolz
Parachute cloak
The ****ing spellstealed haste buff @ ZA

Say me whats buffs work i will add them :]

I do not get it to work at all, I make myself disconnect using XYZ as you described, but it simply does not work for me.
When I log back in, the buff is gone.

Please explain this step by step.

EDIT: For the mount, go up with your mount and dismout in air.

Only mod I use and ever used is XYZ. It's just fking brilliant
Now, I once used XYZ on my mage while having the slow fall buff on me.
Then I disconnected. When I logged back in, my slow fall buff was gone,
but I could still slow fall (Unlimited buff, cuase it only disappeared when I
logged) However, I tried to re-create this a couple of times, but never
got it to work again.

It would be freaking amazing if anyone could find out how this was done
