Guaranteed Wipe Protection (without the use of soul stones/ahnk/DI/nether card/etc)

Just to get this right:

You have 25 ppl in the raid, wipe, one logs out, logs back in with another toon that is in the raid (26th raider), picks up some ppl, logs out and back in with his other char, meaning you dont have to run through the trash and saving lots of time.

My question now is, if he logs out inside the instance, how can he log in with his char while there are 25 ppl inside the ID? Do you boot the rouge for the time being and summon him back in after the priest picked up the ppl? Afaik you get ported back to your hearthstone after logging out in an instance for a while with and without being in a raidgroup.

If a 26th member of the raid logs out in the instance, they will stay where they are as long as they do not idle for too long. So, for instance, our rogue logs his priest where we are for spirit buffs (also nice because we dont have to sacrifice CoH for the buff). He then logs out in place and logs his rogue in. We fight and sadly wipe. He logs off his rogue, and logs in his priest. He is again the 25th logged in person, so the instance is not full. I do not know how long you can log in a raid dungeon. I logged in Sunwell for a couple hours this evening and when I logged in I was still in place. So you do not have to remove anyone from the raid for this to work. You can have 40 people in the raid group, as long as only 25 are in the instance logged in, you are safe. We use the log out method when we exchange players for fights. A member logs in Sunwell, we do the fight with the other person, they leave, and then the original can log back in without leaving or having to come all the way back. Hopefully this answers your question. Its late and I am babbling apparently. >.<
